Desk Fox is small on purpose. One conversation, one tiny plan, one Friday demo a week until the thing is done. No 60-slide kickoffs, no agency-speak, no five-month “discovery phase.”

Three agencies quoted eighteen weeks. Desk Fox shipped in nine, with features the others said were impossible. The codebase is clean enough that our own engineer can maintain it — we're not locked into anything.
We were paying over £800 a month in Shopify apps alone. Desk Fox built exactly what we needed — once — and cut our running costs in half. Fourteen months in, it still runs perfectly. That's the point.
